DELIVERY:
Your order will be dispatched within 48hours working days after it has been placed, subject to payment and stock availability. If there is any problem with stock availability or with the payment Il Porticciolo will contact the consumer as soon as possible.

European Delivery 3-7 Days £14.99

Express delivery 2-5 Working days in Europe £20

COLLECT IN STORE:

Your Parcel will be available for collection 24 Hours after your purchase. We will keep your parcel in store (253 King's Road, Chelsea) for you to pick up. You will be able to cancel/return your order only in the first 14 days as per return policy. 

RETURNS:

UNITED KINGDOM

In the case the consumer is not completely satisfied with the product he can send us an email stating their order number and proof of payment within 14 days from receiving the product to help@ilporticciolo.co.uk.

He can bring to our shop or ship on his costs the returned product to our address: 253 King's Road, SW3 5EL, London, United Kingdom. As soon as we receive the products we will reimburse directly on the method of payment.

EUROPE, USA and REST OF THE WORLD

In the case the consumer is not completely satisfied with the product he can send us an email stating their order number and proof of payment within 14 days from receiving the product to help@ilporticciolo.co.uk to request refund. He can ship on his costs the returned product to our address: IL PORTICCIOLO 253 King's Road, SW3 5EL, London, United Kingdom. As soon as the products arrive we will refund directly on the method of payment used on the website. Returns from outside EUROPE need to be marked: BRITISH RETURNED GOODS.

ACCESSORIES

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund and/or exchange on ALL hair accessories such as hats, ribbons, clips, hairbands.

Following Brexit, deliveries from the UK became more complicated and costly for EU customers. However we have worked very hard to make sure our clients don't experience any hidden fees. For this reason we are happy to announce that we will take care of all taxes, duties and customs related costs this will allow no hidden costs and no paperwork to delay your order. In addition to this, in order to keep our shipping rates still highly competitive we will be offering a Economy service to Europe at just £14.99 with all duties, taxes & customs fees included in this price.
