Il Porticciolo provides a variety of plain colours pure cashmere or pure merino wool jumpers, traditional hand and machine smocked dresses, pure cottons, linens and embroidered collar shirts with heirloom standards. All children's clothes are exclusively produced in Italy and finished by artisans to achieve an excellent quality.

DELIVERY:
Your order will be dispatched within 48hours working days after it has been placed, subject to payment and stock availability. If there is any problem with stock availability or with the payment Il Porticciolo will contact the consumer as soon as possible.

RETURNS:

In the case the consumer is not completely satisfied with the product he can send us an email stating their order number and proof of payment within 14 days from receiving the product to info@ilporticciolo.co.uk.

He can bring to our shop or ship on his costs the returned product to our address: 253 King's Road, SW3 5EL, London, United Kingdom. As soon as we receive the products we will reimburse directly on the method of payment.

EUROPE, USA and REST OF THE WORLD

In the case the consumer is not completely satisfied with the product he can send us an email stating their order number and proof of payment within 14 days from receiving the product to info@ilporticciolo.co.uk to request refund. As soon as the products arrive we will refund directly on the method of payment used on the website. Returns from outside EUROPE need to be marked: BRITISH RETURNED GOODS.

Care Instructions

Wool and Cashmere Product: can be washed with Wool and Cashmere soap on the wool Washing Machine program. If your washing machine does not have a wool program wash them by hand cold with wool soap (its important not to use normal soap but only the specific one for wool - being natural fibres the chemicals could ruin and shrink your jumpers)

Embroidery and Delicate Smocks: wash them always on delicates and be careful they don't get too much tumbled dried. No Driers
